Probably a light to medium weight pan without the lid. The bottoms can be scrubbed because they have a hard finish. I like Paula Deen so wanted to try her pans. I have never seen this color in the stores but found it at Wayfair. They had fast shipping, good customer service and the package was wrapped extremely well when ir arrived.
