I was looking for a table that could be left out in the garden for at least 6 months of the year and this table appears to fill that requirement. The table is well designed, well made and subtantial (not flimsy as several I looked at). The finish work is reasonably good. I did some additional sanding; however that was not really necessary. Since I have only recently purchased the item, I cannot comment as to the durability of the wood. I have had no prior experience with Shorea. I'll just have to wait and see. Incidently, based on what I have seen so far, I also purchased an Oxford Garden arm chair and a bench. I am very pleased with them as well."..."  Read more
