We use this umbrella on our patio for a large table. It provides excellent sun coverage. The Sunbrella material is always of excellent quality. The downside to this umbrella is that it catches gusts of wind, similar to that of a sail. I think this may be because of its size though. Also, the stand that is sold with it is heavy duty, but the knob for holding the umbrella in place is not sturdy and the bolt has broken through the plastic so that it doesn't hold anymore (2 weeks after purchase)."..." The Pacific blue color is beautiful and adds color to our deck. I purchased 2 of the umbrellas for our deck to provide shade by the pool in different areas. They are exactly what we needed and we are very pleased with them. We also purchased an 11 ft. umbrellas from Wayfair last year and it also was a great buy at a great price. this umbrella is sturdy and easy to use. (cant say as much for the stand I bought to go with it however, the umbrella is great). it gives good shade and some protection from light rain.
