good looking and sturdy BUT!

delivery on chairs was great, one was recieved with a couple of chips on legs by the casters, I reported it to you and you sent me a touch-up kit, worked great. Now we have noticed color on one of the chairs on the arms is coming off, arms are starting to get down to the primar white, looks terrible, I cant use your touch up kit on this one. What do we do now!!!
