Service Review delivery experience was horoble, I've missed my 1st delivery attempt and they wanted to charge me $120 for the 2nd attempt. when I'm ready to buy the set will ask CSN stores to use another freight company. Tired of looking.... from whetstone, AZ	4.0 11/23/2010 Leather Console Loveseat Product Review This is a nice leather loveseat with center console. It appears well made. It is a bit small but fits us okay. The color is very dark, almost looks black. The pull out handles for the reclining are made of plastic, but appear to be made well. I was tired of looking for this piece in the stores. Not sure I would have purchased this one in a store but only because of the dark color. Service Review The delivery took a long time. I finally called to find out when it would be delivered. Recommend calling..... Delivery times promised were not met and the delivery company actually posted that I had requested a later delivery. I guess to cover themselves for the late delivery. The delivery team would not carry to the front door because the attached pallet would not fit. Was this helpful? Yes / No
