Getting all the pieces out of the boxes and cleaning up all the styrofoam and wrap every where was the hardest part! The directions are terrible, but I guess that's what you get when something is made in China, but it wasn't too hard for us to figure out on our own. One of the glass doors sags a little, but I think we can fix that. Otherwise, we are very happy with it for the price. The side pieces are not sturdy and with young kids, I'm afraid to use them. Service Review Not pleased with the customer service. The side pieces are not sturdy and would like to return them. Even though the product was itemized on the reciept, they will not let me return just the side pieces. Also, the piece is much bigger than reported on the web site. Was this helpful? Yes / No
