Strong Quiet performance

Do you enjoy sporting and competition events? If so, you will notice that there is always one competitor that is reserved, quiet, and confident. This is the Whisperline Fan.I have used several fans for my needs, including CanFan, Eclient, and Vortex. I have even tried oversized fans with dimmer switches.None of them comes close to the above.Today I came home and walked into my room where the fan is in operation, and I had to walk over and touch it to make sure it was operating.I was three feet away and couldn't tell (in a near silent room, just the distant humm of computer in the background). The one disadvantage is that this unit is meant to be hard wired, so you will be required to teach yourself simple electrical wiring should you convert this to a standard North American Wall Socket.I have this unit hooked up to a Can Filter (air purification system), and the CFM coming out of it is still plenty. This is the ONLY fan I am recommending for people who need a quiet "Stealth" unit.Last selling feature, this thing came out far ahead of alot of fans on the market for power draw.[...]Very Pleased Customer.

Used this in-line fan and optional accessory kit to replace two older, noisy individual fans in two bathrooms. Intakes are smaller than standard sized bathroom fans and required framing, drywall and mudding. The grill in the kit is not large enough to cover the repairs. The larger grills will cost you more. This fan uses 6" ducting, which required expanding the older 4" exhaust vent out the side of the house. Good, solid, very well constructed unit. Fan box is already insulated and has a clean-out access. Wired the fan using existing controls in parallel. Very happy with the fan. Not so happy with the size of the Panasonic intakes and provided grills.

Just as described and fully satisfied.

This type of fan should be installed in all new houses, as it can later be adapted to vent a multitude of rooms, contrary to the present practice of localized fan installation.
It is pretty quiet.

Installation instructions were not quite accurate to the equipment layout. I was doing a custom type install so the instructions were not pertinent to me anyway.
