I'm pleased

I purchased the Carlen Sofa sleeper and Love seat combo because they fit the understated decor theme and tight size requirements of my vacation rental unit, the sleeper sofa requirement, matching upholstry, and reasonable pricing. [...] the product is very comfortable, the dibond leather looks great and should be easy to clean, and the sleeper mattress is very comfortable. As wide as the sofa is, it is still not a queen sleeper, but rather a full, with mattress measuring about 52" wide. The length is going to be a problem for folks over 5'11 and sleep fully laid out, but not for those of us who are mid-range and vertically challenged. I do hope my initial impressions and rating hold up over time.

Great Product at a very competitive price. Other products are twice the price and same quality.

Service Review

There was some shipping damage, but Sleepersofa.com and the manufacturer bent over backwards to correct the problem right away. Their service greatly exceeded my expectations. I was a little worried because it was my first CNS store purchase. But now, I am looking forward to may more.
