The main reason a bought it from Wayfair was the salesman at the local store that carries it was rude when I inquired. The product works excellently. I have been making Zucchini noodles with it. It works like a charm. The woman who recommended this product says that she uses it daily in her restaurant, and it takes her almost four years to wear one out. This machine makes it very easy to make spiral spaghetti made from zucchini that you serve raw with a pesto sauce. It not only tastes delicious but is very healthy as well. I just used it last night for coleslaw. It is easy to use, reasonably priced and easy to clean. Be careful, however, as the blades are very sharp. An excellent buy. Was this helpful? Yes / No
