Connie from Brookshire, TX	4.0 2/10/2013 Very Pretty I debated on giving this a 3 star because of the manufacturing problem we encountered. The inside brass plate what the two pieces slide in and connect had a problem. You could see where the spokes had markings on where they were suppose to be cut off but it wasn't done so the pieces did not fit together. My son was able to cut the ends off to make it fit, not easy to do! I must say it is exactly what I wanted. Was this helpful? Yes / No
