Fragile on-off switch
Victor from Richmond, CA – Verified Buyer
Positive features: 1. Delicious meals: When I used it for the first time, my chicken was juicy and moist with most of the fat dripped below the stainless steel grill that came with it. . 2. Easy clean-up: I did not use pam but nothing was burned or baked on. No scouring was needed. 3. Easy to Use: Place the meat inside, set the temperature, set the timer and close the handle to turn on the oven. 4. Relative inexpensive. Negative features: 1. Very fragile plastic on-off switch: The on-off switch is a thin piece of protruding plastic in the handle which you have to press a button to make it withdraw into the handle. If you forget to press the button to make it withdraw, you will probably break of the protruding plastic switch when you close the handle.. This part should be metal! 2. Huge Glass Bowl: 13 inches diameter by 6 inches high. This means it will not sit flat in my double bowl sink to wash. Had to lay the bowl on its side to wash. Large families may prefer a large bowl for large meals but I suggest a smaller bowl for an empty nest couple or a single person. 3. Another reviewer stated that you can't turn off the timer by twisting it to zero minutes. I agree with this finding so I had to let the timer turn off by itself. 4. The fan is noisy. This not a quiet oven. Summary: The positives out-weigh the negatives. Most of the negatives are nuisances and I have to be extremely careful about making sure that I do not break off the plastic on-off switch. I am sold on turbo ovens but my next turbo oven will be more expensive without these negatives.

Excellent 9.5-Quart Turbo Oven, I use it everyday: used for prepairing breakfast, lunch & diner, it works good, no problem at all, real good for steak, hot dog and any other foods I want to cook, I am glad that I did not have to go outside to cook under hot summer and even in the comming cold winter. I had one Sharpe Image stove before, that one lasts only four months because that use Halogen Lamp to generate heat but this 9.5-Quart Turbo Oven uses Heat Element so one of the reason I Like it, I hope it will last very long. I have thought that I should buy another one for spair or in case I have friends visit us I do not have to use the big kitchen oven, this oven is very easy to use, easy to clean, a very good price. At first it looks complicate to use in the picture but really not. Recommended to everyone

Have used this product almost everyday since I bought it. I originally had the nuwave oven but was tired of having to replace the cracking domes. It takes a little getting used to as far as cook times but as with all things practice makes perfect. I also like the fact that with self wash you can clean it while you are eating and then all you have to do is rinse it out. I will never buy a nuwave again. I think this item may cook better than the nuwave. It doesn't come with all the accessories that some of the others do, however I paid less than $50 for it. I also saw that you can buy accessories from another similar product to use in it.
Great Affordable Product!

I almost bought the NuWave oven but it was kind of spendy so I read reviews and decided on this one. I am glad I did and I'm very happy with this oven. It is easy to use and easy to clean. The only thing that could use improvement is guidelines for cooking, but I am having fun experimenting with cooking times and haven't ruined a meal yet :-)
love this -- bought 3 more for family members!

Good quality - easy to use - easy to clean. Only drawback is no real instructions for use and how to convert the temps on the knobs to US temps. That's what google is for I guess! My daughter has been particularly innovative with her cooking - bakes bread in her unit. I've done the meats and also baked potatoes. It's great to use when it's really hot outside and I want a nice meal but don't want to heat up the kitchen.

Got this last night, broke it in with a bone-in pork shoulder roast. 45 minutes at 435 degrees to crisp up the skin and then 30 minutes at a 300 degrees to cook through. Delicious - it was as if I slow cooked it for far longer and the crispy skin was amazing. Definitely recommend this. I love how they used glass instead of plastic and lemme tell you - that glass is pretty sturdy.
I use it at least 3 times a week!

I love this convection oven. I bet I use it at least three times a week. It's fairly easy to use and clean. Cooks evenly and quickly. I just line the bottom of the pan with foil and it collects all the grease. Great option for healthy cooking.

This is a great turbo oven for a great price. I like that it's made of glass instead of plastic. Love the safety feature on the handle and how fast it cooks and or warms up my food. Definitely recommended if you're looking for a turbo oven.
Better than halogen ovens
Kimio from Scarborough, ON – Verified Buyer
Most food turns out crispy as long as you leave some room in the oven so that the air can circulate. It has a heating element instead of halogen bulbs that don't last long.
