Outdoor Bar Furniture

We initially ordered the wrong sized bar stools to go with this table. It is confusing for a consumer when you order bar stools and a bar table from the same manufacturer but they do not work together. We finally figured out that there are counter height bar stools and bar height bar stools! We were disappointed that we could not get this table in the 35" size to go with our counter top height swivel bar stools. We have limited space and replaced our dining table and chairs with a counter and the stools. We -- and everyone else -- love the stools. The only issue we are having is the tops of the stools have gotten "scraped" because of being pushed in under the counter. Is there someway to eliminate this and/or "fix" the "scrapes"?
