Nice rug, but crimped folds are a problem

The rug itself is fine. But the method used to roll it for shipment produced several crimped folds going across the width. Those folds refuse to flatten out, and they remain as trip hazards. Also, the contracted folds shorten the rug so that it doesn't fully cover the rug pad underneath.
