The clock go my attention because it matches the cabinets in my kitchen and the style is unique. The customer representative was very helpful in trying to answer my concerns before purchasing as to whether this was a quiet clock. The customer representative assured me that if I was not satisfied with the clock, that I could return it. I love the look of this clock and it is definitely quiet-no ticking heard!
