I have had my Oneida flatware for about 30 years and needed a few replacement pieces. I am overall very happy with my purchase. There are minor differences between the old and new, the knives with the biggest difference. The new knife handles are much thinner than the new. I have been researching flatware for several months. I wanted a heavy weight, 18/10 and forged stainless flatware. This set fits the bill. All pieces were in great condition upon arrival and have all been sent through the dishwasher. My last set of flatware was also by Oneida and was still in good shape. After 27 years of service I was down to 6 teaspoons. I found replacements, but at nearly $25 per spoon (I wanted 6) I just couldn’t justify the cost.
