Megan from Haltom City, TX	3.0 3/13/2013 nice This seat is nice, but doesn't come with a lock. It doesn't list it coming with a lock but it does show it haveing a lock in the picture. One of the bars was also loose, that the wheels and seat connect to. After putting the wheels on however it did tighten up. Was this helpful? Yes / No
