I don't have any major complaints. It looks fairly nice overall considering the cost. 4 complaints are: 1. Instructions are just blurry pictures. Most steps were easy enough to follow, but some of the steps it was hard to see which hole they were pointing to because of the blurriness. 2. Holes don't line up perfectly. Several times I had to loosen screws and use a little force to get the holes to line up. Eventually it worked though. 3. The metal bars on the shelves were a little crooked and the wood (cheap particle board) was chipped. 4. It leans forward. When I was first done, if I pushed it flush against the wall, the front two legs were approximately an inch off the floor. If it was flat on the floor, the top of the rack was about 5 inches off the wall. I was able to bend the legs a little bit to fix about half of the problem, but it still leans forward. All in all, I don't regret buying it, but I was hoping for better quality. I'll probably look to a different manufacturer first next time.

Decent Bakers rack for the price. The particle board shelf is pretty cheaply made and the color on mine was much darker then pictured. My main issue is that once assembled the entire rack is tilted forward. I had to bend the front legs out some and put bumpers under them to even it out. As expected with a mass made product manufactured in China the holes are slightly off. The bottom line is this is not a 200 dollar Bakers rack. It is worth 90-120.
Not worth $10

If I could give this zero stars I would. The manufacturer should be ashamed to put out such a shoddy product. At initial onset, it is VERY easy to see that there is no way this is level, I actually had to stack little furniture pads together to create 1 inch base and apply to front legs so that it wouldnt slope forward. If you didn't do this, everything would slide off...1 inch!! Also, we had to drill through and finish where there should have been pre-drilled holes all the way through some of the rods, my husband didn't believe me at first that it simply was this bad. Thirdly, lots of the pieces already had rust on it so I had to wipe everything down, luckily it didn''t seem to affect the pieces permanently. Lastly, it is so flimsy that it's hard to put much on it without fearing that slightest movement will cause things to fall. We are keeping only because it would be so difficult to return.
Love the design, hate the workmanship

The overall look and functionality of the item is great. Better instructions could have been provided, but with some work, I as able to assemble the item. However, the item is poorly designed, mainly in the front legs. The front legs are made from a thin and flimsy strip of metal that is easily bent and any weight placed on the item causes it to lean forward. So you don't want to place anything of value that could be broken if it were to fall off the item. The rear legs are made of 1 inch square tubing that provides durable support, but don't do anything to help with the leaning. I truly think that if they had used the same 1 inch square tubing in addition to the decorative metal strip on the front legs, I would have been able to get this item a better rating. As it is, I can't give it more than 1 star and say that it is not worth the list price or even the discounted price I paid. Maybe if the suggested changes to the front legs were implemented, then maybe it would be worth the price.
Awful and overall poor quality

This rack does not deserve the average 4 star rating it has and I'd like to see the racks of the individuals who gave this piece just incredible reviews because my baker's rack is nothing but poorly made, wobbly, and leaves a lot to be desired. First of all, the majority of the welds were poorly done, a few missed and the two side pieces for the legs were bend differently. To make it useable, we bent them as best as we could to match each other. The wooden particle board shelf was chipped and missing the screws to install it properly. A lot of the holes did not line up and need some work in order to work. Hardware is majority the allen key type, and a lot of the holes also had messed up threads. The finish they put on the hardware covered the holes and made it difficult to use the allen key and some even had it on the threads. I wouldn't trust this finished product to hold much weight, luckily I'm only using it for recipe books and towel basket. IF you can get it put together, it looks decent and nice from afar, but when you get close you can tell it's poor quality. I love Wayfair and this is the only product I've received from them that I've been this disappointed in. Like another review said one of the only reasons I'm keeping it is because of returns being an inconvenience this time of year. DO NOT BUY IF YOU EXCEPT ANY LEVEL OF QUALITY!
Ideal for the purpose

This Bakers Rack was purchased to fill in some dead space in our vacation home. Our contractor put it together, so I don't know if that was difficult or not. It fills the space nicely and I really like the wine rack. It's fairly generic, and that's what I wanted, so it was really spruced up with accessories. We set it on an angle in the corner, added some colorful items and it looks great. Because of where it is located in our home, I left the wooden shelf open as a landing spot for items coming through the door like keys, mail or sunglasses.
Darker than the photo appears...

I love the shape and design of this baker's rack, it's just a little bit darker in color than I was expecting so it doesn't match my kitchen quite as well as I had originally hoped it would. I'm going to give myself some time to see if I get used to it otherwise I may exchange it for another color. It was fairly easy to assemble, but the allen wrench provided didn't fit all the screws quite right so it took a little extra effort every now and then.
Looks nice and is sturdy, assembly confusing
Jennifer from Broken Arrow, OK – Verified Buyer
I like the piece and find it to be sturdy, not like some of the other reviews. A piece of it arrived broken, but Wayfair replaced it quickly and with absolutely no difficulty. Assembly instructions are practically useless - just blurry pics and you can do just as well with intuition. Worth about what it cost - very reasonably priced, but suits my needs perfectly. First purchase from Wayfair, and I will order from here again, great customer service.

Just what I was looking for what I did not care for was Fed X Their customer service is next to worthless both ground and call center Pros: For the money it was fine Cons: Not the best quality. Not easy to put together
M. from Hanover Park, IL – Verified Buyer
The Pros: Over all looks nice and seems sturdy, Wayfair had nice customer service people. A replacement piece was sent out immediately. The Cons: The single box packaging was miss marked as Pewter and had large holes in it when it arrived. HORRIBLE instructions (if they are even included) The color copper is pretty much non-existent in the finish and it is very dark, don't bother paying extra. The wood shelf screw holes were incorrect, but the particle board is so cheap I was able to hand turn new holes. The wood shelf was also chipped which I had to glue down and the edges were roughed up and scratched. Customer service was nice, but after a whole week of delay asked me to follow-up with the supplier to get instructions. I would have serious reservations buying from this company again.
