Ordered November 30. Received December 11. Very pleased with speed of shipment! Both come in one box. All parts present. No breakage. Could be assembled by one person if necessary, but an extra set of hands helps immensely [holding things steady, handing off screws/washers etc]. Took us about 20 minutes for first chair and 10 for the second. They are beautiful. I am a very large woman and I feel secure in this chair. I did make sure I wouldn't exceed the chairs suggested weight limit. The seat isn't the widest on the market, but it was about an 1" wider than some other models we were considering. So while I fill the seat to capacity - the arms aren't causing any pain to my upper legs. The wheels aren't the smoothest but I don't scoot around much anyway - so not an issue for me. If you are scooting back and forth in an office setting might want to spend a bit more money [although more money spent doesn't always mean better quality]. But for us, these are exactly what we needed. I appreciate the lower lumbar support and having been at the pc for several hours today already, my back is not in any pain as it was with the old chair. Love the color, easy to assemble. The only downside is I did not realize how low the arm handles are, and that they are not adjustable- so cannot lean on the handles while typing.
