Wayfair had the chair I wanted at the best price and shipping was free. It shipped right away and arrived before Christmas. Wayfair rocks! I have this chair and use it at my office and love it. I sent one to my son for Christmas and he loves his too!

does the job of helping posture and relieving stress on back height control piston will occasionally lose pressure and lower itself

The memory foam seat and knee cushion are more comfortable than I expected. I like the star roller base for easy manuvering, just have to be careful sitting on it so it doesn't move out from under you. I do recommend it.

This chair is great...no more back aches or stiffness when I get up. Easy to put together and it fits perfectly behind my desk.

I'm 6' tall and find this chair to be cramped. The seat can go up and down BUT it always stays the same distance from the knee pad (they move together). My wife and daughters find it to be very comfortable.
