OIA Storage Wardrobe in Canvas with Tan Trim - 55211

The storage wardrobe was easy to build, it's pretty solid and the price is very affordable, however I took out one star because you can only take items in and out by unzipping the right hand corner and it is not very aesthetically pleasing to the eye, it looks a bit tacky, and I had a few people point out that it looks like a magician's box lol, I keep it in the corner of my bedroom as temporary storage until I get a bigger place. Overall it does do its job for the price, I would recommend it if you are storing clothes and light items you don't use much, and it is placed away from public view such as the garage, etc.

I bought one to store out of season clothes in our basement. I like how it zips closed. It was easy to put together and is quite sturdy. It also looks nice (though I did not need that since I use it in the basement). Highly recommended.

Service Review

I ordered the product and was given a delivery date along with tracking number. The date came and went, tracking said the label had been printed but no further information. I called the seller, they couldn't tell me what happened but said they would call back the next day. NO ONE CALLED ME. THAT IS UNACCEPTABLE. When I finally went to check the tracking number again, this time it was on the way. Apparently the lost the order in the warehouse. Things can happen, I understand that. BUT YOU CALL PEOPLE BACK!! I will never order from this company again.
