A really thoughtfully designed product

I love this rack. It can be mounted over the door OR on a wall. Hardware and instructions for both installations are included. The door mounting hardware ADJUSTS to fit doors of different thicknesses, and that means it stays flat against the top of the door (no bumping against frame) and doesn't rattle and shake when the door moves. There are also screws to anchor the bottom to the door further stabilize the unit. I haven't found that necessary, which apartment dwellers might appreciate. The baskets are generous sized and can even fold up and out of the way if very tall items require additional height. They are also significantly deeper than most such shelves. I definitely recommend this item to anyone looking for additional storage space. I just wish there was a narrower one I could use for spare shampoo and such in my bathroom linen closet! Though buyers should note that the holes between the wires are a bit over an inch square, so items like nail polish bottles would require a liner to be stored in them.
Look closely at the picture!

This is a sturdy unit, but I didn't realize until I tried to hang it that it must hand OUTSIDE my pantry! The baskets are larger than I envisioned, but upon a closer look at the picture I see the large jar of spaghetti sauce, so I should have paid attention to that detail. Luckily I have an interior door in my garage that I could hang this on and use for "garage" items.
Strong rack, but not overdoor

This organizer was a bit larger and heavier than I expected. I hung it on the garage wall, off to the side of the door rather than over the door. I was afraid that I would bump into it while entering/exiting the door and that I'd bear the marks of the encounter. It was a bit challenging for me to attach to wall by myself, measuring and finding beams, but got it done.

this is well made and very practical. It was easy to assemble. We installed it on a hollow core door so used wood strips between the unit and the door to make a more secure connection.
FOR MORE THAN KITCHEN
Janet from CIBOLO, TX
This is a perfect shelf unit for the kitchen pantry door. Adds so much more room to my shelves. Now I may order one for my bathroom.

Didn't work out, kept hitting closet door behind it, made getting in front door difficult. Had to take it down for more walk room. Sturdy, holds canned goods. Boxes. Just to bulky for my space.
over the door basket storage

Very nice and sturdy product. You can only use it on the side of the door where the hinge is. I initially bought it to use on the other side of the door but the door wouldn't close. I found another door that I could use it on and it holds a lot. Keeps the room less cluttered.

I needed more storage in my kitchen this is great I plan on ordering more for my bath and laundry room.
Over door hooks don't fit.

This is a nice, sturdy rack. Unfortunately, it doesn't fit our pantry door. I wish we had a good place for it.
