A real piece of junk!
Wendy from Massachusetts– Verified Buyer
I have horrible closet space in my house and needed something to hold some extra clothes. I bought this rack because it had tons of good reviews. Well I got the package in good time, some of the black bars were slightly dented from shipping but not so badly that it would have impaired the finished product. It was easy to assemble for the most part. I have had it in my spare bedroom for almost a month now and all I have on it is about 30 shirts. I have to spread them out to distribute the weight evenly because the rack is so flimsy that it looks like it'll fall over at any moment. If 30 shirts is too much for the rack then this is a pointless piece of "furniture". It should be able to hold as many garments as I want considering most of the parts are made of metal. Anyway, like I said, I've had it for a month. I went into the room today to grab a shirt and the rack was literally on its side. It had fallen completely over. When I took all the hangers & clothes off and stood it back up, I noticed that one of the height adjustable poles wasn't in place. Theres a clip that is supposed to tighten and lock them in place when you have them set at the desired height. Unfortunately one of mine is a slow slider and that's why my rack fell down and over, which sucks, because I bought this rack due to the fact that it was height adjustable because I have sloped ceilings. Now I have it set at the lowest point it can go and my clothes are touching the floor. I'm either going to find a makeshift solution on how to fix the lock or send it back for a refund. All in all, this product is not worth the money I paid.
Nothing fancy, but tough!

I loaded this up in my daughter's room, expecting it to crumble like the last one but it's really impressed me! It's holding strong with clothes and shoes on both shelves, plus a rack full of clothes. I like that the bar extends beyond the shelves, provides room for even more clothing and extra hangers!
The price was right

but it appears to be very unstable. I'm using it to reroute the direction in a large but tight closet, so it's OK. The instructions were also interesting. Finally left off the two pieces sticking out on top. All that being said, the price was right when I needed a quick fix.
Perfect little laundry center

I ordered this item for my new laundry room and it is perfect. Quality is good...it's adjustable...was delivered in perfect condition and was relatively easy to put together.

I don't know how I survived without this rack! I no longer have clothes hanging on doors to dry. It is very sturdy and easy to assemble.

Sturdy, handy product that has come in handy for those extra garments that won't fit in the closet anymore! Glad I purchased this and plan to use it often.

I thought this product was great until I put it together. The sides did not stay even because they kept falling down even without clothes which made it crooked from one side to another. I had to keep pulling up one side. Also, at the bottom (where the rollers are attached) is made of plastic and one side has now broken in half. Since the bottom is made of plastic, it cannot support the weight.

The adjustable Garment Rack looks nice. However, it refused to stand up. The top slid down slowly until it was half the size it was suppose to be. The catch designed to hold the top part of the poles didn't hold firm. We are using it for short items only.

This is exactly what we needed for my husband's suits and dress clothes. Now they are no longer cramped and wrinkled in the main closet.
Nice but not as sturdy
