Pieces were mislabeled and we had to do a lot of figuring out which piece went where. It was incredibly frustrating and it took over three hours to put together. Exactly as expected. This chair was easy to assemble, the pieces were simple and the instructions were straightforward. The assembly seems sturdy and holds my 175lb son with ease. I bought it for his desk in his room so a pad for under the chair will probably be beneficial but it glides nicely on our hardwood floors.
