Our daughter arrived early- before the nursery set! My not-the-most-handy husband patiently assembled what to me looked like a bazillion pieces (but I was still hormonal) together one piece of furniture at a time, and now our nursery is all set up and our precious gift is "home" in her crib with the beautiful and very functional changing table and hamper close by for those middle of the night diaper changes. The only "con" was that the furniture did have a paint-like sodor to it, so we made sure to air the room out for a day to be on the safe side. We just set this up this weekend. All the pieces were there along with instructions and it came with some tools to put it together as well. Cherry color is beautiful and matched perfectly with our other furniture. The quality is better than I expected for 4 pieces of furniture for under $400. Not as heavy as solid wood, but definitely durable enough to last through the toddler bed stage. Not so sure it would last all the way to the full bed, but we'll see! The only complaint is that the screws for the dresser are too long, and we ended up popping through the top of the dresser on all 4 corners... :( Of course thats partly our fault, but we didn't expect the screws that would be the top of the dresser to be too long. Not that bad though, a wood pen and a little bit of sand paper will fix it. :)"..." Read more

I bought this when i was about 6mo along and put it all together myself. It was very easy to assemble. It is a very sturdy set, i think it will last until my son graduates to full size. When we have new babies come along i plan on buying just the crib to match the set. The only complaint i have it the knobs on the dresser fall off. i have had to glue them all on twice."..."
