Bought this crib for a new baby on the way. My mother and I managed to assemble it all on our own... very quick and easy. Finish is a warmer dark tone (but does have quite a bit of red in it, in the sunlight). The dark wood does scratches easily when assembling - so be careful (use the foam packing to assemble on if you have wood floors to avoid scratching the finish).
Finished product is light weight (so easy to move around the nursery) but seems sturdy. Time will tell. I would recommend a teething rail protector, the wood is pine (so therefore softer than a hardwood crib)."..." Read more
