About the Designer
Abel Rios Peruvian
Peruvian artisan Abel Rios has been crafting leather items since he was 16. His older brother, Hector, taught him. "When I was 23, I opened my own workshop in my house," Abel says. "I cut and tool fine leather with a distinct style and skill that you won't find in many workshops. I design many beautiful Inca and colonial motifs, and emboss those upon the leather. I am especially happy and proud that my products are being sold all over the world now through the internet."

Picture color Misleading!
cvtinkle from Hot Springs, AR
Picture color misleading. This item is the same color dark wood all over. Also, There are no instructions on how to put this item together. Had strips of tape on inserts and did not indicate if they should be removed or not. Put item together with numbered tapes still on. Item doesn't fit together properly. Unfortunately, it's tilted at an angle. Will have to disassemble and reassembled.
