Nordicware Natural Commercial Non-Stick 12-Cup Muffin Pan - 45550

I was looking for something to replace my flimsy, tinny, old 12-cup muffin tin. I must have gotten the old tin in a grocery store. I only had it about 6 years (that may seem long, but I make muffins only a few times a year), and it was so discolored, warped and ugly that it was not fun to use. I would scrub it within an inch of its life after use, but could never tell if it was really clean because of the discoloration. This muffin tin is literally 3 times the weight of the old one and really solid. I have only used it twice but promisingly, it looks as if has never been used. My sloppy filling of the tins with goppy batter, then baking those drips on, is nowhere in evidence after washing.

Even though you use them like any other muffin pans, these are the only pans that we have found are made without ANY seams. These pans are much easier to clean than standard multi-piece pressed-together models with lots of seams. Heavy gauge construction distributes heat better than most other pans too, so there are no hot spots. The downside? You have to pay extra for these great pans. The only way to make them better would be to make them self-cleaning.
