Loves to Bake from Yelm WA	4.0 4/23/2008 Good Pan This pan is good for angel food cakes. It cooks evenly and the small feet attached are great. Saves the hassle of finding a bottle to insert. I got the best volume with the aluminum pan and clean up was easy compared to the "nonstick" angel cake pan. I bought 5 aluminum pans and use them on a daily basis.
