Nine161 from La Jolla, CA	5.0 2/1/2011 Great for baking fish! Forget the cookies and pastries, we use this sheet several nights a week for baking fish, primarily salmon and tilapia. The fish lifts right off the pan. (Salmon has oil and we brush our tilapia with pesto, so I dont know how the fish comes off if you do not use oil or if the fish does not contain any). I love that this pan is dishwasher safe when so many out there are not. PS. I did bake some cookies for the holidays and they do lift right of the sheet. Was this helpful? Yes / No

It is completely tarnished looking now. I can't get back it's original shine. Other than that it is a great sized pan. We've used it from everything to broiling and baking and no warping! A gift code was provided to me by Wayfair for a feature at my blog and this review. The above review is truthful in nature and none of the wording has been bought.
