Nordicware Microwave 12" Bacon Tray and Food Defroster
size and style are great!
Alice Shehane from Old Hickory, TN– Verified Buyer
Unlike round cookers, bacon lies smoothly on this cooker and the grease drains really well. We owned one of these for 5 years before replacing and we're big bacon fans, so they last a long time! We bought two this time to be sure we have a backup in case Nordicware decides to quit making them. Great product!

Best way to cook bacon that I have ever used!!! Just cover with paper towel and put in microwave. Works great.
Tray is disappointing
Robert Morozzo from Loon Lake, WA– Verified Buyer
It is too big to be used on my turntable in the micxrowave so I move it 90 degrees several times, but the resuldt is that the center pieces of bacon do not cook thoroughly. . .
Fantastic for microwaving bacon.
Martha McCormick from Hendersonville, TN– Verified Buyer
I have enjoyed my microwave bacon tray for years. I have tried other kinds, but this one is the best for microwaving bacon.
Nordicware Bacon Tray
Richard P Marshall Jr from Round Mountain, TX– Verified Buyer
This is still the best microwave bacon tray on the market. The bacon cooks evenly and the handy catcher tray allows us to save some of the bacon grease to refrigerate for later use if desired. We used the same tray for 20 years (several times per week) and it finally developed a crack, from long term material fatigue I suspect. The new one to replace it looks even better and I am sure will experience similar longevity.

Concept is good but the tray is way too big to rotate in the microwave and I have a very large microwave.

The best bacon tray I have ever used in the microwave
Too Big for our Microwave
Rick from Mass– Verified Buyer
Problem with the item is it will not turn in the microwave. It's too big, so items - especially bacon - tend to burn or get hot spots. Needs a big microwave to work.
