I am a HUGE fan of Nordic Ware products. They truly are superior to others I have tried. They are a "Green" company & I highly encourage all to look into the process how they elimanate the use of poisonous chemicals from their coating, unlike other companies with nonstick. You can't go wrong with Nordic Ware and their items will last such a long time even with daily use. Our son loves to make pancakes but I hate having to clean up after him. I bought this for him so he could have his very own pancake pan to cook with. These are the perfect size for everyone and has encouraged him to clean up after cooking. The pan only needs a wipe down to remove any crumbs on the edges. Nothing more.The pancakes slide right off the pan onto the plate. NOTHING sticks to this pan and despite my thoughts of uneven cooking, every pancake circle cooked even & perfect. I even gave him a wood spatula to use with it for preventing scratches. There are no negatives to list. Just absolute happiness & contentment with a perfect pan.
