It's easy to make the puffs and easy to clean up. I used Krusteaz pancake batter and tried filling the puffs with Nutella, chocolate chips, jam. I didn't quite get the ooze that's shown in the picture but it tasted pretty darn good. Be sure to follow the instructions for adding a pat of butter prior to each puff so that it's easy to turn over. I didn't have any issue at all. I love it. Only thing is that I wish it made more, everything is gone too fast.

My husband's family is Danish and so he grew up eating Ebelskivers and it was quite a treat for him when he went to visit his grandma. I had tried them once or twice and loved them as well so you can imagine how excited I was to find the Ebelskiver pan here at Wayfairs. We [...] tried it out the first chance we got and the results were wonderful. While it took a batch or two to figure out the best way to flip the ebelskivers I didn't have any other problems. Simply mix up your favorite pancake or waffle batter and follow the directions on the packaging and you'll be set to go. My whole family LOVED them and we plan to make them over and over. Maybe next time we'll try one of the filled varieties just for fun. I highly recommend this product.

My kids love this for a fun breakfast. You can fill them with jam, fresh fruit or chocolate!!

This is a nice idea, but not practical if you need a large quantity. No recipe was included, so I had to guess. It scratched easily, affecting the non-stick quality. I gave mine away after one use.

I really love this pan! My daughter received a cast iron one for Christmas, so we got together and used them side by side! They're both great. Hers is smaller and heavier; mine is a much nicer size! We made three different kinds. Sausage and cheese, jelly filled, and plain. Fun, fun, fun!

A fun cooking item to have. The family raved over the stuffed mini-pancakes and waits eagerly for more. I think the recipe I used also had something to do with it - Ricotta pancakes with fresh bing cherried sauce. The only thing I need to do is practice on turning over the individual cakes to complete the cooking. They did not come out as round as the picture. Also, I have a gas range and found it necessary to keep the heat lower than recommended to keep them from overbrowning.
