I was surprised to find it at Wayfair, for the best price, and jumped at the opportunity. This is a heavy cast aluminum one piece pan, and it has a high quality non-stick surface. The center tube is higher than the rest of the pan, so when it is turned over for cooling it won't need to be propped up on top of a soda pop bottle. I am a loyal fan of Nordic Ware Platinum pans. This pan will live up to the reputation of Nordic Ware. I like the design of this pan, and the extended handles allow for a good grip with potholders when removing this pan from the oven. Made in the USA, and this is a top-quality pan. I am looking forward to having a few bake sessions with my granddaughter so we can show off this pan. Was this helpful? Yes / No

My only complaint is that as soon as I purchased the pan it went on sale for 23.26. I have never used it and I assume it is exactly the same pan. Why is that I paid 35.90 for the pan excluding SH.
