My night stand arrived damaged. I called in, notified them and they shipped another one same day. Just wonderful and i received my new night stand in two days and in perfect condition. These are such cool little side tables. They look exactly in person as they do in the photo. They were packaged VERY well (the best Ive ever seen anything packed) and came in one piece- no assembly required (whoo hoo!). The only issue I have with them, which I can live with, is that the center stitching on the tables doesnt line up exactly with the drawer knobs. If you have OCD or are a perfectionist, this may bug you a bit. Im just putting the worse of the two on my husband's side of the bed so I wont see it as often- problem solved. Also, the top drawer of one of them was a little more stiff than all the others- I found that some WD40 fixed that....was worried that it was of poor quality since this was the first drawer I pulled, but all the other roll very nicely. Really satisfied with this product. My boyfriend thought the assembly was easy and had both nightstands completed in no time. They look perfect in the bedroom. If you're like me and need to have a glass of water at your bedside at night, make sure it's room temp - the condensation wets the wood and it shows up the stains.
