We looked at several furniture stores for nightstands with a black finish but there were little to no options available. Nightstands we saw at home good stores didn't have the quality we were looking for. Nothing came close to the look or quality of these. I have a small guest room and needed two bedside tables for a full sized bed. These tables are just the perfect size for the small area leaving enough space so the room does not look 'crammed' with furniture and the table top allows space for a small lamp, a book, whatever else a guest might need without looking cluttered.
