Default delivery option is the curbside - you have to take it from the truck to the house yourself, so choose other option if this doesn't work for you. The Roadrunner delivery service tat Wayfair is using was very courteous, fast and took good care of the packages.

I only have two complaints -- other reviewers are right, it is really only 3-drawer as the top is one drawer designed to look like two. And second, like a lot of cheaper furniture the back is just a thin board and when I got mine it was starting to pull away from the back.
