I was looking for cherry wood nightstands that would complement my very old queen anne bedroom set. Most nightstands I was pricing on line and in stores were upwards of $250 to $500 and more! With an additional discount I found on line, I paid far less here and it included shipping. Furthermore - NO Assemby!! I was getting so sick of haveing to assemble new purchases lately. This was right out of the box and next to my bed. My only very slight complaint is the drawers don't slide out super smooth, and a small strip of wood on the underside of my lower drawer was stripped, but not where you can see. We got two of these nightstands. Our bed is very high with an extra 2" memory foam. We needed a higher nightstand with more substance. The color was a little darker than expected but still beautiful.
