I cannot remember if this was a sale price or regu;lar but we are so very happy with our purchase! Heavy yes, but quite simple to assemble and shipping was less than 5 days! Better than Sears/Leons for sure!

I bought this bedroom set for my son bc I needed something affordable, of good quality, and with a lot of storage - well I got exactly that. Good thing the bed is reversible so I was able to put the drawers on the other side and move it close to the wall. The tops have round corners, edges arent sharper than any comparable furniture. I love the bookcase hutch too, on the double dresser, its a smart addition and its very usefull for all of my sons Cds, games and books.

Looking at the picture you would assume this bed has the same amount of drawers on one side as the other (and they convienently don't have a pic of the other side!) but you would be wrong. Granted when you read the fine print it does say it only has 3 drawers, but why? There is plenty of room for 3 drawers on the other side, which is what we thought we were getting. My bad for not reading EVERY detail! Deceiveing advertising at best, dis honest at worst!

I bought two of these for my boys, and so far everyday they have scraped or cut them selves on the edges of the bed and i have done it also a few times, they are Very sharp

This bed went together quite easily, the finish is not black but it is dark. The drawers are roomy and work well on the tracks. The headboard/bookshelf was harder to assemble but well worth the extra money to make it a "finished" looking bed and for all the extra storage. I shopped around a LOT and decided on this bed after much consideration and I am not one bit disappointed! Don't be afraid to order your bed online either!
