I'm extremely happy with this purchase. Assembly was easy, considering the size. And the finished product looks good and is sturdy too. Would I prefer a matching hard wood bedroom set. Yes, but when the wallet isn't fat you do what you need to. This amour is a value for the money.

Service Review

The package delivered is rather heavy, which is to be expected. One thing to note, is that the manufacture has EXTREMELY GOOD customer service. I've dealt with them before for my entertainment center and they shipped out replacement parts, no sweat.

I purchased this item to provide more closet space in our apartment. Pros: It's the perfect size for our space. Not too big, not too small. Perfectly fits clothing hung on standard size hangers and wood suit/coat hangers. It's also one of the few armoire/wardrobe pieces I found with a clothes rail to hang things. [...]It was easy to put together and not terribly time consuming. Cons: While it does look very nice once constructed. It is, of course, particle board. It is very sturdy now, but with all items of this material I doubt it would survive a move unscathed. Conclusion: I am very glad I purchased this item. It is exactly what we needed and I didn't have to wander through Ikea or a furniture store and then risk hernia surgery trying to get a monstrous box out of my car and into our bedroom. This time we didn't get what we paid for. Bought two (2) of these. Put the first one together had major problems with the bottom drawer. Finally had to force it in in order to close it, now inoperable. Put the second one together, same thing. Too heavy, too much trouble and too expensive to send them back. In order to get them out of the packaging you had to tear the boxes apart, so packaging to send back was useless. Small pieces missing in both packages. Went to [...] it buy missing parts. Very unhappy.

Service Review

Received product in good condition. Only problem there was, they were left in front of our garage doors. Good thing I had gone out the front door and not the garage. If I had opened the garage doors, they would have fallen in onto my car. Plus we have no idea how long they had been sitting out there. No one rang the bell, knocked at the door and even blew their horn to let us know they had arrived. Bad experience all around.

Was looking for an armoire to put in our entryway to hide our shoes, bags, and coats. This is one of the few I could find with a hanging bar. It's solid and sturdy (I still will attach it to wall with tether because I have a curious 3 year old who enjoys tipping things over.) Lots of space, good quality for the price. Easy to put together - I did it by myself in under 3 hours with my 3 year olds 'help'!

I am very pleased with the cabinet. Some hardware was missing and we had to call to have it sent - was sent and all is well.
