Janina from CT	4.0 8/28/2011 Super Easy I love how easy this is to use as I have no experience with making expresso. Took me a little while to figure it out as the directions are a little confusing but once I did, it was super easy and the expresso is yummy. My only complaint would be that I woud have liked to have had the option of using my own coffee with a reusable pod but this is not possible. However, the pods are not that expensive, the coffee is good and it like I said, it just doesn't get any easier. Was this helpful? Yes / No

No mucking about with grinding, tamping grounds, trying to get the espresso part of a machine off and on, no cleaning up spilled stuff--this is a very clean operation. I was worried it wouldn't be hot enough. It is plenty hot. I wanted to make lungos which is like an americano, and I thought the volume wouldnt be enough but it fills my mug perfectly. I have one giant sized mug, it would take 2 pods. [...] This isn't a cheap deal, but I was going through a pound of coffee every week making a pot every day just for me and wasting a lot of it.
