It fits perfectly in my galley kitchen and is extremely easy to use. I've saved a ton of time and money by making my own lattes rather than swinging by a coffeshop in the morning. I enjoyed the starter pack that came with the machine as it helped me to narrow down my favorite capsules. Helpful Tip: the Aeroccino has 2 fill lines for milk. Be careful not to fill past the top line or you'll have a mess on the counter! Service Review Delivery was fast and accurate. The condition was perfect and I used it the same day as delivery! The only thing that would be better would be if the coffee were more easily available (in local stores). My husband says the crema is to die for. :-) Sorry we waited so long to buy one but glad we have it now. I ordered my coffees, tho, and after a few mistakes with the frother, all is now good-fast, delicious, easy cleanup. Service Review Delivery was quick, packing great.The sale info didn't mention that there wouldn't be coffee,and I was disappointed that I couldn't use my new nespresso right away.I called CSN, and they followed up and got back to me. Basically, the error was in not noting the lack in the listing. A credit-generous, I thought-was offered and applied, leaving me very impressed. They want happy customers, and they sure have me.
