Fast drying, but trays warp some

Ordered the extra trays to make 12 when I bought the hydrator as I like doing dried apples. Had this brand before with the element on the bottom. It's nice now not to have the element on the bottom for clean-up and even drying. Still need to rotate the trays when using all 12. Word of caution though - the trays did warp some causing the motor to stop as it didn't sit level. If I keep the trays in a certain order it works fine. So, I numbered the trays so I keep them in order all the time and now it works great. Never had this problem with the older model of this brand, so something to be watchful of. Hence the 4 stars instead of 5.
