“I see that you state that the temps range from 125-425 on this slow cooker, but I am looking at the temp control and only see a dot that is one setting below 200 degrees. It appears that this dot would indicate 150 degrees. How does one set for 125 degrees? I am looking for a roaster/slow cooker that has a low setting, ideally 125-150 degrees.” asked by Fiona

"Hi Fiona. If you were to set the temperature to 125, you would have to set it below the dot and more or less guess on the temperature. Which I'm sure you're not comfortable with. So I would recommend looking at our West Bend 6-Quart Versatility Slow Cooker w/Griddle. It has one of the lowest temperature settings I could find on our site."

I had a 4 qt nesco for years and wanted to upgrade to a larger roaster.I had purchased a 12qt for my son and daughter in law when I saw the stainless steel I had to have it so I ordered 2,onefor myself and one for my brother. We both love them,so easy to cook or roast anything and clean up is so fast. The size is perfect for my counter I had the old one in the cabinet because the paint was chipped but this is so stylish I haven't baked yet but that's next.
