Very disappointed w/ non-stick cookwell I love Nesco roasters and was looking forward to this one. After the first use, there was a dull residue left behind in the cookwell that did not clean off, even with Soft Scrub, as directed in the use and care book. After the second use, the residue increased, and there is no way I can remove it. It now looks worse than after the first use. I followed all of the instructions about cookwell cleaning and oven "burn in" before my first use, and this still happened. I have 2 other Nesco Roaster and have never seen this happen before. Considering the cost, this quality is unacceptable. This is rapidly becoming unusable because of my inability to clean it. |
