NKOK My First Barnstormer BiPlane - 80033

The wings have to be assembled. Since I am a whiz at assembly, I thought it would be a snap. Unfortunatley, the hole where tabs were supposed to fit in were improperly sized. I had to widen the holes to piece this together. The top wings never would fit in. We just left it off. The toy runs wells, and allokks lovely, even missing pieces. The motor is a little noisy. My daughter will only play with it a little while before the loud engine noise gets on her nerves. I bought a fire engine version from this brand and there was no assembly issues,but the toy was so loud he refused to be near it.

Bought this toy for my 3 1/2 year old and 2 year old son. Straight out of the box wasn't impressed with the quality of this toy - not very strong plastic, and weak connectors. As evidence two broke on assembly despite us being super careful (which you shouldn't have to be with a young child's toy). The flashing lights stopped working only 10 minutes into play! Very disappointing as they were one of the cool things about the plane! It has occasional glitches where it will just turn on for a few seconds even if the remote is not being pressed (either that or we have a toddler poltergeist). Very loud - like a real plane has landed in your lounge - which my 3 1/2 year old likes that but my 2 year old son complains "too loud" and won't play with it. Mommy, on a good day can only bear 20 min max of being on the runway with it in the living room. Doesn't work on thick carpet (rugs), works on low/no pile fine. Cheap plastic, cheap wiring and no volume control! I would have paid a bit more for this toy for better quality. ---After only a few play session all wings have broken off, plane just revs in place, very poorly constructed, unsuitable for children.---
