Curtis Jackson from Boston, MA	2.0 5/6/2012 not extremely satisfied This has nothing to do with Wayfair as I was pleasantly surprised with the customer service I received. This has more to do with the product. I have only used it a few times and it does not appear to do what I had expected. The towel warmer, the bars itself do get hot to the touch but either I am not properly placing the item on it correctly, but the towel does not become the pure blanket of warmth that I had expected. So, please before seeing that I am placing a negative comment, maybe to offer some assistance as to what I am doing wrong would be helpful. I really do not want to send the product back as I have recently redone my bathroom and liked this feature that I have incorporated in it and even think of purchasing another two for rental properties when I rehab those. Analee from Amherst MA	1.0 3/4/2012 VERY DISAPPOINTED This towel warmer looks great but works lousy. In order to get HALF of the towel somewhat warm I: (1) purchased low-fluffy, high absorbency towels; (2) weave the back of the towel through the rungs, with the front hanging down for aesthetic effect when not in use; (3) try to turn on the towel warmer at least one hour in advance. Such a disappointment for something that was supposed to be fun and luxurious! Was this helpful? Yes / No

The sole reason we chose this one was because we have very limited space behind the door.[...]Warms the towels well, but we don't leave it on all the time. To us, turning it on 15 minutes before the shower is just great. I would say it is good enough and would recommend if people have the same situation and cannot install something more sophisticated.
