Luke warm The towel warmer looks nice, but does not really work well. While the bars heat up nicely (after 15 minutes) at best it will only heat one towel at a time, and then only partially. It therefore does not really function as a towel rack. |

towel warmer puts out minimum heat that only penetrates 1 layer of towel, especially thick, ring-spun cotton ones. Disappointing. I will buy a canister style warmer next time. |

Can't wait The towel bar was delivered quickly. I haven't finished my remodel so, unfortunately I am still waiting for installment. I'm so glad I purchased it early . If not, I might have opted out considering the mounting remodel cost. I can 't wait to try it out. |

Good product, with limitations Heats the towel well, but only if you keep it on all the time. If you try to turn it on just before a shower, it doesn't get hot enough. And the biggest drawback is how far it stands off the wall...makes it difficult if you have space constraints. Overall, it does the job, but I wish the heat was distributed better. But good value for the price. |

Great item I always wanted a towel warmer since seeing one in Europe. We just remodeled our master bathroom to I just had to have one. This unit is moderately priced and works great. I put it on a timer so the towels are warm when I get up in the morning. It turns of after two hours and so not much electricity cost. |

Simply the greatest Really, really enjoy it. Wish I had done it a lot sooner. Was easy to install and instantly satisfying. |

Finally a towel warmer that works well I needed additional towel bars in my master bathroom and prefer a towel warmer in the mountains to dry towels quickly and feel warm when coming out of the shower. It has plenty of room to hang 4 half foldered towels, looks great and of quality. Nice power button placement & coiled plug. I have had several towel warmer in the last 20 years. This is the best by far. Be careful because it can give you a burn. But love the heated. I am thinking of adding a timer to not waste electricity. Warms fast. Easy to install and sturdy. Thumbs up! |

Like it! I am happy with this towel rack. Haven't really used it as a warmer...just needed a good looking large rack. Turned on the warmer function to check it out and it gets very hot to the touch so be careful. Also, the plug connection to the unit seems flimsy. Wish the plug was on the left side of the unit. |

Not as practical as I would have hoped This was for our master bathroom. The metal DOES get much hotter to the touch than I would imagine for the little amount of heat it applies to the towels. DO NOT use this for CHILDREN'S bathrooms, the metal gets MUCH too hot! I am still trying to figure out the ideal scenario for this product. It doesn't dry towels that well between showers even when left on from morning 'til night. It actually causes our towels to smell a little like mildew after a few days, so I find myself washing them one more time a week than I usually would. We have tried loosely hanging them OVER the rods, intertwining them IN the rods, at both single and double layers. I am still not impressed. If I didn't need a space saver and have already put holes in the wall, I probably would return it considering the cost. It's best feature: Space saver and nice looking |
