I bought the 4-1 game table for a cabin that we rent out to the public for their use. It just adds a little extra so it gives the guests at the cabin some "game time". I think it will work out great. The game table was just the right size for the screened in porch. It does take time to assemble. My husband assembled it by himself, but lots of parts and pieces that need to be put together.
