Easy to assemble

I think the look is good and the height is right for our window ledge. Too bad the dog doesn't like it as much as we do. Hopefully in time.
Its a kit

Arrived in a flat box 9 pieces that required dowels and glue to assemble be sure to clamp or it will fall apart. Poorly machined some fittings didn't line up. Very expensive for such a poorly done product

I have a tall bed - my 12 year old Jack could not get up there by herself . These are perfect for her !! Now she can come and go however she wants ! Product very sturdy - we used a different stronger wood glue - just to make sure it would hold. But other than that LOVE LOVE LOVE THEM !!
Beautiful cherry stairs, well made

The corners are very sharp and I had to put corner bumpers on each step. They don't stay on well due to the carpet. This is my only problem with the stairs. My dog loves them !
Nice dog stairs

Beagle loves them... Our bedroom has upstairs windows overlooking two sides of the house and he climbs up to his lookout post during the day. Had to glue everything together and leave overnight before using, but seems sturdy after assembly. Much better looking than other similar products I found.
4 1/4 Stars

Easy to put together, nicely packet, the workmanship was good. I liked the idea of the carpet, not a skid pad on the stairs. The only reason for not a 5 star, some of the front panels had a bumpy bubble, not a smooth finish. Our cocker spaniel has not used them yet, but I feel he should have no problems. Over all the price was far for the product, and being that it was wood I felt this would be much more sturdy and look like a piece of furniture not something that is plastic and a throw away look.
The stairs look great in my dinning room.

My little Yorkshire Terrier was flying up her stairs in no time with no problem.
Not as advertised.

Forget these steps if you have a toy breed dog. The carpet is glued down instead of velcro. Assembly isn't that difficult but don't expect them to be real strong. Husband had to disassemble and retrofit for our toy Bichon.Think something with full carpet on the steps just like in your home.

The steps were easy to assemble & look very nice next to my bed. My cat loves them even though she doesn't need them to jump on my bed. My Bishon on the other hand will not use them and she is the reason I bought the steps. She insists on jumping on my bed & sometimes missing because is small (only 7 lbs full grown @ 9 years old). I tried coaxing her up with treats but it does not work. Any suggestions? I think they would work better if the steps were introduced to her when she was much younger.
