Motion sensing lights

I love these lights. My backyard has several dark areas where anyone or anything could hide. Even though we live in the city, we still have an occasional racoon, fox, or possum stray in behind the fence. Now when the dog goes outside at night, she makes the lights come on which will scare any other animal. If a stranger gets over the locked fence, the light comes on and shines bright enough we can see it inside, even upstairs.

Seems to be working now, although it was a little glitchy at first. It seemed to either be on or not on and then it was trying to tell me it needed new batteries..all of this happening within the first two hours of setting it up. I left it alone for a day just to see what would happen, and it seems to have straightened itself out. It's pretty bright and small enough that it's not obnoxious to have it in the backyard. We've set it on the patio, so I haven't tried to attach it to anything, but the attachment process seems pretty straight forward.

I haven't really used this much as I wanted to use it for camping, but it's a bit heavy and there's so many trees where I camp - I thought any movement from trees would end up triggering it. The first one I received would not work despite having new batteries installed, but the second one works well. The light comes on and goes off automatically just like I thought it would and the light is decent - fairly bright and it covers a short, wide area. Overall I am happy with this and am glad I bought one because I see myself using it for other purposes.

great product so far had it up for two weeks . my wife goes to work at 5 o,clock in the morning and come home at 8 o,clock at night at either times it,s dark i brought two lights one towards the door and one towards the parked cars directly in front of the house .works like it says cuts on when i open the door and goes off in 30 seconds later after you close the door only drawback if you have cat or dog it will come on to . to stop this i put a piece of duck tape about a fourth of the bottom of the sensor .seems to be working fine you,ll have to experiment on it yourself.later on use dark finger nail polish. lights up very good now i wait. on my electric bill to see if i saved money. p.s. did not say if it is water resistance you may need to think where to put it. at.over all i like this product and would recommend it.
It works great.

I really love this little light it has been outside in rain and snow and I am really amazed that water hasn't got into it. The light is very bright. also I have had it for a while now and haven't had to replace the batteries yet.
So far, Soooo good!

I purchased two of these spotlights to use in my small back yard. They have not yet weathered a New England winter, but they have endured heavy rains without a glitch. Beam is strong and turns on with slightest motion. Perfect for keeping an eye on my two little dogs when they go outside after dark, and perfect for lighting the way to my door. Have not needed to replace batteries; whenever the time comes, it will be very easy to do.
This is great

these lights are excellent. They work consistently and the batteries seem to last. They are bright enough to serve their purpose as security lights on the dark side of our house. Easier to put these up facing two directions than having an electrician come and wire lights outside where we had none. They work great - no complaints yet (knock on wood!)

Excellent solution when you don't want a motion activated porch light. It was easy to install and it points at the front door lock-- no more trying to find the keyhole when coming home in the dark.

We have a covered wrap-around porch that has steps off the driveway. The steps are dark at night and we didn't want to leave a light on all night. This light worked so well that we picked up another for the steps off the yard. Good sensitivity and light is brighter than I expected.

Quality is fine although seems light. I have not screwed it anywhere, I like moving it about the deck to keep
